I’m new to the whole makeup colour correcting. Pregnancy is taking its toll on my face so I looked into colour correcting and then i received the BYS Cosmetics colour correcting sticks and they have worked their magic so I thought I  would share how I colour correct. Green: Using a green colour correcting product is great for concealing redness. This can be anywhere on the face. Around the nose and around pimples.

Light Brown: Using a light nude/brown correcting product is great for hiding imperfections.

Yellow: Using a Yellow colour correcting product is great for brightening dark areas such as dark circles around the eyes including the eyelids.

Pink: Using a pink colour correcting product can help with brightening yellow tones. This is a good for under the eyes.

Don’t forget to blend out the colour correcting with a damp beauty blender. Colour Correcting shouldn’t be used by itself or you will look a little silly. It’s best used under concealer and/or foundation. Apply small amounts of the colour correctors then build up as desired.

If your looking for affordable colour correcting products, I recommend the BYS Cosmetics colour correcting sticks. They are new the BYS range. They are only $6.95 AUD each and they are available online or at your local Kmart store. They are super easy to use as they are in crayon type shape. I find these blend out nicely.
